These Terms of Use apply to all Valini Consulting Sites and Applications and to everyone who accesses our Sites and Applications.
 
By accessing the Sites and Applications, you expressly accept and agree to the provisions of these Terms of Use for all Valini Consulting Sites and Applications. As a result, you should carefully read these Terms of Use before using our Sites and Applications. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use, you must not use our Sites and Applications.

We remind you that the Terms of Use, as well as our contents, may be updated at any time for legal reasons, due to the use of new technologies and functionalities and whenever Valini Consulting understands that changes are necessary. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The following items belong to Valini Consulting and can only be used with its prior and express authorization:

  • all software, applications or functionality created, produced or contracted by Valini Consulting for the Sites and Applications, as well as their visual identity and content;

  • the names of companies, brands, patents, domain names, slogans, advertisements or any sign used to distinguish Valíni Consulting inserted in the Sites and Applications.


In the case of content that you send or transmit through the Sites and Applications, you authorize Valini Consulting to use the intellectual rights over them on an irrevocable basis, without any restriction or limitation of any nature. But don't worry: the use by Valini Consulting of these contents sent by you will observe the provisions of item 4 of our Terms of Use. You also warrant that the content submitted by you does not infringe the rights of third parties.

This Privacy Policy (or just the “Policy”) explains how the companies of Grupo Valini Consulting, as Controllers of Personal Data, collect, use, share or otherwise process information and Personal Data of individuals, including customers and third parties, for the performance of our activities, including through our Sites and Applications. 1. UPDATE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
Whenever Valini Consulting deems it necessary, the Privacy Policy may undergo changes that will be published on our Sites and Applications. These changes will be valid, effective and binding after the new version is posted on our Sites and Applications or otherwise communicated to you.


2. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE USE AND HOW DO WE COLLECT IT?

  • among the companies of the Valini Consulting Group, including for the development of our activities, offer and provision of services and supply of products, risk management, compliance with legal obligations and other purposes provided for in this Policy;

  • request the review of decisions made solely on the basis of Automated Processing of Personal Data that affect you, such as credit decisions;
