These Terms of Use apply to all Valini Consulting Sites and Applications and to everyone who accesses our Sites and Applications.
By accessing the Sites and Applications, you expressly accept and agree to the provisions of these Terms of Use for all Valini Consulting Sites and Applications. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The following items belong to Valini Consulting and can only be used with its prior and express authorization:
all software, applications or functionality created, produced or contracted by Valini Consulting for the Sites and Applications, as well as their visual identity and content;
the names of companies, brands, patents, domain names, slogans, advertisements or any sign used to distinguish Valíni Consulting inserted in the Sites and Applications.
In the case of content that you send or transmit through the Sites and Applications, you authorize Valini Consulting to use the intellectual rights over them on an irrevocable basis, without any restriction or limitation of any nature.
